Every order leaves our warehouse within 48 hours. This is not a pre-order and there is no production wait.

These are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Weather, customs and holidays can add days, and we will tell you if that happens to your order.
Tracking
You get a tracking number by email the moment the label is printed. It can take up to 48 hours for the carrier to show the first scan.
Shipping cost
Calculated at checkout by destination. Orders over $65 ship free.
Duties and taxes
Orders outside the United States may be charged import duties or VAT by the carrier on delivery. Those are set by your local authorities, not by us.
Wrong address
Check your address before you pay. We cannot redirect a parcel once the carrier has it, and re-delivery to a corrected address is charged again.
Lost or late parcels
If the tracking stops moving or the window passes, email us. We open a case with the carrier and either replace the order or refund it.
