1. Who we are

Coldstart is an independent brand selling metal kitchen appliances and accessories. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or licensed by any vehicle manufacturer.

2. Model names

Model names shown on this site describe the silhouette a body is cast in, so you can recognise the shape you are buying. All trademarks and model names belong to their respective owners. Buying from us gives you a Coldstart product, not a licensed or official product of any manufacturer.

3. Products and images

We try to show the product as accurately as we can. Colour on your screen, lighting and scale can differ from the object in your kitchen. We may change specifications, retire models or limit quantities.

4. Safety

The toaster is a mains electrical appliance. Use it on a flat, heat-resistant surface, keep it clear of curtains and cabinets, do not leave it running unattended, unplug it before cleaning and never put it in water. It is not a toy and is not intended for use by children without supervision. We are not liable for damage caused by use that ignores the instructions supplied with the product.

5. Prices and orders

Prices are in US dollars. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. We may cancel an order in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud or stock problems; if you have already paid, you get a full refund.

6. Returns

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & refunds policy.

7. Our content

Text, photography, video and design on this site belong to Coldstart. Do not copy or reuse them without permission. Customer comments quoted on this site are public posts by their authors and belong to them.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use this site unlawfully, attempt to break into it, or interfere with how it works.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

10. Changes

We can update these terms. The version published here is the one that applies.
